Former Judge Jesus Mupas of Philippines; dimwitted loser

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Jesus B. Mupas with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of the Philippines School of Law.

The Committee on Bar Discipline found Jesus guilty of the following misconduct.

• Guilty of three counts of Gross Ignorance of the Law (serial Dimwit)
• Engaged in multiple infractions of the Code of Judicial Conduct
• His is unfit to discharge the duties and functions of a judge, warranting the imposition of dismissal from service

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court punished Jesus by removing him from office, fine him fined P125,000 with forfeiture of his retirement and other benefits, except accrued leave credits. He is perpetually disqualified from re-employment in any government agency or instrumentality, including any government-owned and controlled corporation or government financial institution.

As we speak (ca. August 2021), Jesus practices his so-called brand of law in Burgos, Pangasinan, Philippines.
