Judge Decoroso Turla of Philippines; halfwit, slacker

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Decoroso M. Turla with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of the Philippines School of Law.

The Committee on Bar Discipline found Decoroso guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in gross ignorance of the law (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to act with competence (halfwit)
• Failed to issue warrants of arrest in a criminal case in violation of the Rules of Court
• Engaged in undue delay in rendering orders

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court punished Decoroso by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a warning that similar conduct in the future would be dealt with more severely.

As we speak (ca. August 2021), Decoroso practices his brand of law with Branch 21, Regional trial Court, Laoang, Northern Samar, Philippines.
