Attorney Rosendo Ramos of Philippines; scamming loser

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Rosendo C. Ramos with a law license in 1957 after he graduated from the University of the Philippines School of Law.

The Committee on Bar Discipline found Rosendo guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to faithfully comply with the rules on notarial practice
  • Violated his oath as a lawyer when he prepared and notarized the second deed for the purpose of avoiding the payment of the correct amount of taxes

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court punished Rosendo by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license and a warning that similar conduct in the future would be dealt with more severely.

As we speak (ca. June 2021), Rosendo practices his brand of law in Calumpit, Bulacan, Philippines.
