The state of Indiana provided Paul Richard Harper Jr. with a law license in 2005 after she graduated from the University of Akron School of Law.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Patty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Communicated about the subject of client representation with a person Patty knew to be represented by another lawyer in the matter

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Patty by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Patty practices her so-called brand of law with the Martin Law Offices PC at 210 West Felicity Street in Angola, Indiana.
