Attorney Dave Bromund of Indianapolis, IN; ethical dwarf

The state of Indiana provided Dave Christopher Bromund with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Akron School of Law.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Represented a client when the representation involved a concurrent conflict of interest.
• Represented a client in a matter in which that client’s interests were materially adverse to the interests of a former client without the former client’s informed consent

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2021), Davey practices his so-called brand of law with Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP at One Indiana Square in Indianapolis, Indiana.
