Former Judge Michael Cabry of West Chester, PA; thieving felon

The state of Michigan presented J. Alexander Dillon with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley University School of Law.

FYI: Cooley is ranked as the worst or one of the worst law schools in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools. Proof of such a ranking is the fact that Donald Trump’s former attorney and fixer was none other than convicted felon Michael Cohen.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Mikey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as a Chester County Magisterial Court Judge.

  • Charged with theft by unlawful taking, third degree felony
  • Charged with perjury, first degree misdemeanor
  • Charged with four violations of campaign finance laws
  • Charged with reporting by candidate and political committee, an ungraded misdemeanor
  • Conduct undermines public confidence in the judiciary
  • Illegally used campaign funds to finance a six-figure gambling habit at various casinos in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware

As a direct consequence of his criminal conduct, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ordered that Mikey be suspended from the bench. All that remains now is to see how long it takes for Mikey to cop a plea to minimize the amount of time he’ll be spending in prison.

Hopefully, the sentencing judge will mandate that Mikey be sent to the  SCI Phoenix Prison located in Collegeville, Pennsylvania and order that he be housed in Cell No. 114 where he’ll be bunking with Clarice (real name Clarence) who is rumored to be one of the friendliest inmates in the joint.

While awaiting his sentencing, it is rumored that Mikey has applied for a job as a greeter at the Walmart Supercenter Store at 270 Indian Run Street in Exton, Pennsylvania.
