Attorney Boris Rubenstein of Bellevue, WA; ethical troll

The State of Washington presented Boris Rubenstein with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Howie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.  

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to maintain required trust account records
• Failed to promptly pay or deliver funds that clients and third persons were entitled to receive
• Failed to maintain a complete and accurate trust account check register and client ledgers
• Failed to reconcile his trust account records
• Disbursed more funds than clients had on deposit
• Deposited funds into his trust account that were not connected to a representation or escrow

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Howie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. May 2021) Boris practices his so-called brand of law the Rubinstein Law Office at 875 140^th Avenue NE in Bellevue, Washington.
