Judge Theodore Berry of Cincinnati, OH; potty mouth misogynist

The state of Ohio presented Theodore Newton Berry with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Georgetown University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Teddy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act in manner promoting public confidence in the judiciary
• Failed to avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety
• Failed to conduct himself in an impartial manner
• Failed to act with integrity

Sent text messages linked to various videos with the following titles.

• “How to Build a Resume for a Hoe” . On December 12, 2019, a video entitled “How to Build a Resume for a Hoe,” featuring a monologue from comedian Tiffany Haddish in which she jokes about assisting female prostitutes in building a resume
• The Hoe video contains profanity and crude, sexually-explicit language
• “How to End A First Date” that contains rude, sexually explicit language in which a woman is negotiating sexual favors in exchange for gifts with a man who is seeking commitment-free sex from the woman, whom he describes as dumb and boring

Sent out the following Facebook messages on his Facebook page.

• Sent a link to an edited video of a prayer session with President Donald Trump, wherein Trump begins to smoke and then catch on fire during the prayer.
• Sent a Donald Trump image saying “APPREHEND THAT CAT!” with an image of a cat responding “YOU AIN’T GRABBING THIS PUSSY, YOU TANERINE LOOKIN MF.”
• Sent text stating, “A Special Delivery to ‘Moscow Mitch’ for Christmas, and for his upcoming, pre-determined ‘Shit Show’ in the Complicit, predetermined, pre-Judged, Senate Impeachment ‘Trial’!!” and displaying a profane picture.
• Sent a video from Trae Crowder, the “Liberal Redneck” in which he graphically and profanely insults Trump supporters.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Teddy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Teddy practices his so-called brand of jurisprudence as a Hamilton County Municipal Court judge in Cincinnati, Ohio.
