Judge Marni Bryson of Delray Beach, FL; serial slacker

The state of Florida provided Marni Bryson with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from Nova Southeaster University School of Law.

The Florida State Judicial Qualifications Commission found Judge Bryson guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to devote 100% of her time to fulfill her judicial duties
  • Allowed personal activities to take precedence over her judicial responsibilities
  • Failed to comply with order emanating from Chief Judge (Screw you, said Marni!)
  • Repeatedly absent from courthouse not working fulltime on a recurring basis
  • Failed to notify chief judge of her absences (Up yours, said Marni!)

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Marni by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. September 2021), Marni continues to practice her so-called brand of jurisprudence as Palm Beach County Civil Court Judge in Delray Beach, Florida.
