The New York Commission on Judicial Conduct found Pete guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as a Justice of the Manorhaven Village Court in Nassau County, New York.

• Dismissed or reduced multiple cases for defendants with whom he had personal relationships
• Repeatedly described female litigants and lawyers in demeaning and sexist terms
• Improperly used security camera to record court proceedings

Rather await punishment that would likely have caused his removal from the bench, Larry took the cowards way out and resigned his position as a Justice of the Manorhaven Village Court in Nassau County, New York on or about April 9, 2021.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), it is rumored that Larry has applied as a greeter at the Walmart Supercenter Store at 1220 Old Country Road in Westbury, New York.
