Sen. Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-MS): Today’s “Dimwitted Bigot” Award Winner

FYI: Cindy the Bigot attended Lawrence County Academy in Monticello, Mississippi, a well-known segregationist academy that was established by her fellow bigots in response to Supreme Court rulings ordering the desegregation of public schools. The nickname for the school’s team was the “Rebels,” and the mascot was a “Col. Reb” who carried a Confederate flag.

To further cement her status as dyed-in-the-wool bigot, Cindy decided to comment Sen. Schumer’s and the voting restrictions in Georgia that limit voting on Sunday when Black people vote. Towards that end, she said the following, all of which was intended to feed additional red meat to her fellow bigots.

• “Sen. Schumer’s question was, he was wondering why on Sundays Georgia would not participate in an electorial [sic] process of gathering signatures ... registration and things on Sunday, and I would just like to respond to that.”
• “Georgia is a Southern state just like Mississippi.”
• “I cannot speak for Georgia, but I can speak for Mississippi on why we would never do that on a Sunday or hold an election on a Sunday.”

Cindy continued on with her bigoted rant in an obvious attempt to also prove that she’s an idiot by saying the following.

• “You know, this is our currency, this is a dollar bill. This says, ‘The United States of America, in God we trust.”
• “Etched in stone in the U.S. Senate chamber is ‘in God we trust.’”
• “When you swore in all of these witnesses, the last thing you said to them in your instructions was ‘so help you God.’”
• “In God’s word in Exodus 20:18, it says ‘remember the Sabbath and keep it holy,’ so that is my response to Sen. Schumer.'”

As evidence that Cindy is not only a raving moron and a disgusting hypocrite in claiming God demanded to keep the Sabbath (Sunday) are the following facts about what goes on in Mississippi on Sundays.

• Gambling at the Palace Casino Resort in Biloxi 19 hours on Sundays
• Gambling at Sam’s Town Hotel and Gambling Hall in Robinsonville 10:00 am to Midnight on Sundays
• Dirty movies& sex toys at Moonlight Adult Video in Byram MS open 24 hours on Sundays
• Club Eclipse Strip Club in Jackson opens on Sundays
• V-live Strip Club in Jackson opens on Sundays

So, in Cindy’s God fearing remembrance of the Sabbath in Mississippi, gambling, visiting a strip club, and purchasing dirty movies and sex toys is acceptable on Sunday. In truth, Cindy gives ethical hypocrites a bad name!

As we speak (ca. April 2021), Cindy continues to be a total embarrassment to Mississippians who possess an I.Q. in the high 90s or triple digits.
