Judge Clifford Klein of Los Angeles; incompetent dimwit

The state of California presented Clifford Loss Klein with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of California Berkeley School of Law.

In one matter, Clifford was assigned to preside over a case involving the estate of convicted murderer Charles Manson.

In the estate matter, an Ohio court, in a default judgment, determined that Charles Manson Jr. was the natural father of Jason L. Freeman.

After the Ohio court ruling, a Kern Superior Court judge on March 12, 2018, found that Freeman was entitled to Manson’s remains.

Clifford in his infinite ignorance ruled that the Ohio judgment was not binding on him because Manson Jr. did not have notice of the proceeding and the Kern judgment was not binding because paternity was not determined via the use of DNA testing.

Subsequently, Freeman successfully appealed Clifford’s asinine judgment. In overruling Cliffod, the appellate court stated as follows.

• “There is no reference to genetic testing in section 6453.”
• “Section 6453, subdivision (b)(3) does not authorize a probate court to order genetic testing.”
• “We conclude that the trial court erred as a matter of law when it ordered genetic testing under the auspices of section 6453.”

Of course, Clifford the Incompetent Boob does not much give a damn how many times his asinine rulings are overturned by the Court of Appeal because he knows that no federal judge has ever been removed from office for being a Moron. Additionally, he has absolutely no concern for how much taxpayer money is wasted as a direct result of his gross incompetence.
