► Attorney David Stirbis of Lakewood, WA; convicted Pervert

The State of Washington presented David A. Stirbis with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Ronnie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct. 

• Pled guilty to assault in the 4^th degree with sexual motivation, a gross misdemeanor
• Pled guilty to furnishing liquor to a minor with sexual motivation, a gross misdemeanor
• In his guilty plea, Dave the Perv admitted that he intentionally assaulted a 16 year old girl for sexual motivation
• Sentenced to a complimentary 30-day jail sentence by Kitsap County District Court Judge Stephen J. Holman
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice (Oh, really?)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary 21-month suspension of his law license and assessed disciplinary costs of $4,846.55.
