Attorney Theodore Hoefle of Belton, MO; ethical troll

The state of Missouri presented Theodore R. Hoefle with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law.

The Disciplinary Board found Teddy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license and assessed $1,000 in costs.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Teddy and his firm fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.hoeflelaw.com. Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Teddy practices his so-called brand of law with Hoefle Law LLC at 7926 East 171st Street in Belton, Missouri.
