Judge Theresa Mullen of Elizabeth, NJ; lying loser

The state of Maine provided Theresa E. Mullen with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from the Albany School of Law.

Former Gov. Chris Christie was duped into appointing Theresa as a Vicinage 12 Superior Court Judge in Union County in 2014. Theresa didn’t receive the appointment because she was the most qualified attorney in the greater Union County area. She received the appointment because she had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

The Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct found Terry guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Repeatedly violated several judicial rules in a series of legal settings that grew out of a dispute with the Catholic school her children attended
• Abused her position in proceedings of a civil suit her husband filed against the school
• Violated court orders (Screw you, said Terry!)
• Knowingly obstructed court proceedings
• Displayed a pervasive and persistent lack of candor and
• Demonstrated pervasive dishonesty in several additional legal appearances
• Refused to leave her husband’s deposition, forcing the trial judge to intervene, who also found she had no legal basis to be there
• Dishonest in her testimony in her trespassing case,
• Appellate decision found Terry’s version of events at the school differed greatly from other witnesses and was incredible

All that remains now is to what if any punishment is meted out to Terry by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Theresa continues to practice her so-called brand of jurisprudence as Union County Superior Court judge in the Family Division in Elizabeth, New Jersey.
