Attorney Josephine de Whytell of Ontario, CAN; bullying loser   

The Law Society of Saskatchewan presented Josephine de Whytell with a law license in 2012 after she graduated from the University of Saskatchewan School of Law.

Law Society Disciplinary Board found Jo guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Sent correspondence that was abusive, offensive or otherwise inconsistent with the proper tone of professional communication from a lawyer
• Failed to act honorably and with integrity
• Failed to be courteous and civil and act in good faith with all persons with whom Pete has dealings in the course of his practice
• Public confidence in the administration of justice and in the legal profession was eroded by a Pete’s irresponsible conduct

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Jo by gifting her with a complimentary $1,00.00 fine and assessed investigative costs of $1,000.00.
