Attorney Ben Valkenburg of Saskatchewan, CAN; slacker, loser  

The Law Society of Saskatchewan presented Ben Christian Valkenburg with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of Saskatchewan School of Law.

Law Society Disciplinary Board found Benny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to serve his client in conscientious manner
• Failed to promptly advance client family law file
• Failed to serve client in efficient manner
• Failed to respond to client calls/messages in reasonable time

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Benny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand, a $1,000.00 fine and assessed investigative costs of $1,700.00.
