Attorney Debayo Adedipe of Jamaica; moronic loser

The Jamaica Licensing Commission provided Debayo Adedipe with a law license in 1987.

The Disciplinary Committee of the General Legal Counsel found Debayo guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in professional misconduct
  • Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  • Engaged in deplorable negligence
  • Failed to take any step to identify the lands that were to be sold regarding his client
  • Debayo’s preparation of an agreement left uncertain the description of the property to be sold
  • Failed to retain from the payments made to him the necessary sums required to pay stamp duty and transfer tax on the agreement
  • Failed to retain the other sums necessary to cover the cost of the transaction and in particular a sum to cover the cost of making the application for subdivision approval
  • Was content to divest the discharge of his duties to someone who was not a qualified attorney-at-law
  • Negligence amounted to complete ineptitude which was simply inexcusable and deplorable

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Committee punished Debayo by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Debayo was also ordered to pay $1,875,000.00 along with $210,000.00 in interest, and costs of $200,000.00 to his victims.

to his client victims.

As we speak (ca. April 2021), Debayo practices his brand of law in Kingston, Jamaica.
