Attorney Ronnie Rae of Bellevue, WA; rubber check aficionado

The State of Washington presented Ronnie M. Rae with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Ronnie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Wrote check on insufficient funds account (rubber)
  • Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Ronnie!)
  • Failed to perform monthly reconciliations of client trust accounts
  • Failed to maintain complete and accurate trust-account records
  • Improperly used the funds of one client for the benefit of another client
  • Made misrepresentations [lied] to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Ronnie!)
  • Failed to safeguard client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary 21-month suspension of his law license and assessed disciplinary costs of $4,846.55.

As we speak (ca. April 2021) Dawn practices her brand of law at 16000 Mill Creek Blvd in Mill Creek, Washington.
