Attorney Heather Ward of Boston, MA; cheating loser

The state of Massachusetts presented Heather M. Ward a law license in 2008 after she graduated from the New England School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Heather guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Committed multiple ethical rule violations
• Charged and collected legal fees for work of a non-legal nature
• Charged and collected clearly excessive fees for the services rendered, which included preparing pleadings and motions that had no basis in fact or law (cheater)
• Failed to adequately inform herself of the factual and legal basis of her client’s case before preparing pleadings and motions that had no basis that was not frivolous
• Failed to ensure that pleadings and motions, which she prepared for filing by the client in the district and probate courts, contained the requisite notation that they were “prepared with the assistance of counsel”

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Heather by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly,as one would suspect, Heather fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.heatherwardlaw.com.  Apparently, she decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.
