Attorney Andrew Zaroulis of Lowell, MA; dimwitted loser

The state of Massachusetts presented Andrew J. Zaroulis with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from Suffolk University School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Andy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Knowingly stated that he was claiming a lien for attorney’s fees to which he knew he was not entitled
• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation.
• Failed to take steps to adequately and appropriately safeguard the client’s rights as to his personal injury claim against the casino
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to contact his client and to refer him to competent counsel prior to the expiration of the statute of limitations
• Failed to obtain the client’s informed consent in writing to the provisions in his contingent fee agreement

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Andy and fails to mention the criminal misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.zaroulislaw.com.  Apparently, he decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that it would not limit his future victim pool.
