Attorney Robert Weiner of Newton Highlands, MA; cheating loser

The state of Massachusetts presented Robert R. Weiner a law license in 1963 after he graduated from Boston University School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed refund unearned portions of unearned fees (cheater)
  • Failed to discuss his fee with client regarding sale of a service station
  • Failed to keep complete records of his receipt, maintenance, and disposition of client funds
  • Paid himself $15,500 (10%) commission on sale of service station despite never obtaining an agreement from the client to be paid said sales commission
  • Failed to deposit client funds into a client trust account
  • Failed to communicate the basis or rate of his fee to his client before or within a reasonable time after commencing the representation
  • Once Bobby understood that the client disputed his right to the $15,500 fee, he failed to return the funds to a trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2021), Bobby practices his brand of law with the Law Offices of Robert E. Weiner at 1005 Boylston Street in Newton Highlands, Massachusetts.

CAUTION: Bobby does not carry legal malpractice insurance
