The Board of Bar Overseers found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to process client’s E-2 application
• Failed to provide competent representation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to advise client he was not able to give requested priority to client’s E-2 application
• Failed to adequately communicate that E=2 application was not being diligently pursued
