Attorney Drew Quitschau of Bentonville, AR; scamming fraudster

The state of Texas presented Drew Randolph Quitschau with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law.

The Illinois Disciplinary Counsel found Drew guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Wrote false reviews of another attorney on three websites
• Created a false Facebook account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.   

As we speak (ca. April 2021), Drew practices his brand of law at 2608 SE J Street in Bentonville, Arkansas.
