Judge Julie Introcaso of Bedford, NH; scamming criminal, repeater

The state of New Hampshire provided Julie Introcaso with a law license in 1981 after she graduated from Boston University School of Law.

FYI: This isn’t Julie’s 1st bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree. To review Julie’s prior misconduct, visit the URL at the end of this article.

In one mater, Julie was recently (ca. February 2021) arrested and charged with two counts of falsifying physical evidence, two misdemeanor charges of tampering with public records, and one misdemeanor charge of unsworn falsification.

Julie is accused of whiting-out two of her handwritten orders in a 2019 family division case after she learned that a Judicial Conduct Committee report had been filed against her and was actively under investigation.

The tampering with official public records charges also involved altered orders, and Julie is accused of lying about altering said documents.

The criminal complaint alleged that while Julie was presiding over a case for several months, she was close friends with an attorney who was appointed to serve as guardian ad litem. Subsequently, Julie issued rulings approving attorney fees and methods of payment for her attorney friend.

All that remains now is to see how long it takes before Julie cops a plea to reduce the amount of time she’ll have to spend at the New Hampshire State Prison for Women located in Goffstown, New Hampshire.

It should be noted that shortly after her arrest, Julie did what any coward would do when faced with the fact that the New Hampshire Supreme Court would likely vote to remove her from office, she resigned.

As we speak (ca. July 2021), it is rumored that Julie has applied for a job as a greeter at the Walmart Salem Supercenter Store located at 326 North Broadway in Salem, New Hampshire.
