Solicitor James O’Neill of Ireland; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of Ireland provided James P. O’Neill with a solicitor’s license in after he graduated from graduated from Queen’s University School of Law in Belfast.

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found Jimmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to respond to the society’s correspondence on two separate occasions (Screw you, said Jimmy!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and a fine of €10,000.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Jimmy practices his brand of law at Lindos, Mount Venus Road in Rathfarnham, Dublin, Ireland.
