Solicitor Nora McCarthy of Ireland; ethical troll

The Law Society of Ireland provided Nora McCarthy with a solicitor’s license in 1979 after she graduated from graduated from Queen’s University School of Law in Belfast.

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found Nora guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to file her yearly accountant’s report
• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Didn’t file mandatory yearly accounting for over 21 months

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal punished Nora by gifting her with a complimentary admonishment and a fine of €5,00.00.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Nora practices her brand of law with the CCK Law Firm at 22-24 Lower Mount Street in Dublin, Ireland.
