Attorney David E. Danner of Nashville; moronic loser
In early 2012, the Board of Professional Responsibility found David guilty of the following misconduct.
Dave’s primary misconduct involved his gross misfeasance, negligence and incompetence in mishandling a federal discrimination case for a client (aka, victim).
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished David by gifting him with a 30-day suspension of his law license.
As aspiring comics, the Supreme Court ordered that David complete an ethics course. Ethics classes for someone who has a bachelor’s and law degree is an obvious waste of time. However, it is rumored that Dave opted to attend an ethics class at the Hugh E. Long School of Ethics at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.
As we speak (ca. May 2012) David practices his brand of incompetent law with the Law Offices of David E. Danner at 222 Second Avenue North in Nashville, Tennessee.
