This is an award that was directly inspired by committee members who felt it was important to give credit to the guys and/or girls that dedicated their time to repeatedly kissing The Great Leader’s substantial derriere.

To assert that the competition was quite fierce is an unmitigated understatement. The amount of time the winner and the losing nominees spent on their collective knees kissing The Great Leader’s Ass will likely result in them being candidates for double knee replacement surgery.
