Judge Mark Cunningham of Stockton, NY; ethical troll

The State of New York Commission on Judicial Conduct found Mark guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct within his courthouse that was inappropriate and inconsistent with his ethical obligations to act at all times in a manner that promotes public confidence in the integrity of the judiciary
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Mark!)

Rather than await a decision that would likely have resulted in him being tossed off the bench, Mark did what most cowardly Judicial Misfits do, he resigned his judgeship in late early 2021, agreeing that he would never again seek a judicial office in the State of New York.

As of May 2021, it is rumored that Mark has applied for a job as a greeter at the Walmart Supercenter Store located at 350 East Fairmount Avenue in Lakewood, New York.
