Attorney Steven Foster of Boulder, CO; convict, repeat offender

The state of Colorado provided Steven Foster with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Stevie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Convicted of harassment, domestic violence
• Convicted of third-degree criminal trespass, domestic violence

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-month suspension of his law license.

Stevie’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Entered into a business transaction with a client when transaction and terms were both fair and not fully
• disclosed to the client in writing
• Sought a $1,000 loan from a client to address cash flow problems

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. February 2021), Stevie practices his brand of law at 550 Mohawk Drive in Boulder, Colorado.
