Attorney Santiago Asconapé of Hinsdale, FL; convicted stalker

The state of Florida provided Santiago Asconapé with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from Florida State University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Santiago guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Convicted of cyberstalking
• Sentenced to 12 months of probation without early termination
• Sentencing court order that Santiago undergo a mental evaluation and treatment

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 91-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2021), Santiago practices his brand of law at 5515 South Park Avenue in Hinsdale, Florida.
