Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng of South Africa; slacker, loser

The Law Society of South Africa provided Mogoeng with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Zululand.  

In one matter, the advocacy group for the African Alliance has filed a formal complaint with the Judicial Services Commission (JSC) against Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng following his remarks about Covid-19 vaccines.

• “I lock out any vaccine that is not of you [God].”
• “If there be any vaccine that is of the devil, meant to infuse 666 in the lives of people, meant to corrupt their DNA.”
• “Any such vaccine, Lord God almighty, may it be destroyed by fire, in the name of Jesus.”

In its complaint with the JSC, the African Alliance group made the following statements in its complaint to the JSC.

Acted in a manner which is incompatible with, and unbecoming of, the holding of the judicial office and that he breached the code of judicial conduct

Repeatedly implied that the COVID-19  vaccine could be dangerous without providing any evidence to back up the claim

In a lame attempt at levity and an attempt to defend himself, Mogoeng said the following in defense of his stance that the COVID-19 vaccine was of the devil.

’’I'm not a scientist, I'm a prayer warrior.”

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Mogoeng by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the JSC.

As we speak (ca. July 2021), Mogoeng continues to sit as Chief Justice of the South Africa Supreme Court Cape Town, South Africa.
