Attorney Lisa Werner of Knoxville, TN; ethical troll

The state of Tennessee presented Lisa Collins Werner with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from St. Louis University School of Law.  

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Lisa guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Improperly communicated with a person represented by counsel
• While representing a father in a custody dispute, Lisa met privately with a minor outside of the presence of a court-appointed guardian ad litem

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Lisa by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Lisa fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.lisacollinswerner.com. Apparently, she chose to conceal this relevant information for the purpose of not limiting her future victim pool.
