Attorney Todd Mandel of St. Louis, MO; tax scofflaw

The state of Missouri presented Todd Andrew Mandel with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from St. Louis University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Board found Todd guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter, the director of revenue reported to the Clerk of Court under section 484.053 of Missouri law that Todd was delinquent on a tax he owed or failed to file his tax returns.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Todd by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Todd fails to disclose the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.injuredinmo.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal said relevant facts from prospective clients to prevent limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. August 2021), Todd practices his brand of law with The Mandell Law Group at 4542 West Pine Blvd in St. Louis, Missouri.
