Attorney Benjamin Bratter of New York City; dimwitted loser

The state of New York presented Benjamin Peppercorn Bratter with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the Brooklyn School of Law.

The Appellate Division, First Department Grievance Committee found Benny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a pattern of neglecting client matters
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
• Failed to communicate with his clients while representing them in immigration matters
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Benny!)
• Engaged in misrepresentation while representing client in immigration matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the First Department Grievance Committee punished Benny by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license. 

And lastly, as one would suspect, Benny and fails to disclose the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.bratterlaw.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal said relevant facts from prospective clients to prevent limiting his future victim pool.
