Attorney Kathleen Bradshaw of Bronx, NY; convicted tax cheat

The state of New York presented Kathleen R. Bradshaw with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from St. John’s University School of Law.

The Appellate Division, First Department Grievance Committee found Kathy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Pled guilty to criminal tax fraud in the fifth degree
  • Ordered to pay $34,600 in restitution

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the First Department Grievance Committee punished Kathy by gifting her with a complimentary 3-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2021), Kathy practices her brand of law at 5959 Broadway in Bronx, New York.
