Attorney David Wandling of Minnetonka, MN; thieving loser

The state of Minnesota presented David Edwin Wandling with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Hamline University School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Misappropriated [stole] client fund
• Made false statements to conceal misappropriation [theft]
• Failed to comply with court rules
• Failed to maintain trust account books and records
• Engaged in trust-account violations
• Failed to provide written notice of disbursements of earned fees
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.   

As we speak (ca. February 2021), Davey practices his brand of law at 5101 Thimsen Avenue in Minnetonka, Minnesota.
