Attorney Joseph Kaminski of Brooklyn Center, MN; dimwit, repeater

The state of Minnesota presented Joseph Kaminski with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Avery guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Joey’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Forged signature on three separate affidavits
  • Arranged for the forged signatures to be notarized
  • Presented the forged signatures to the court
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to protect client’s interest in certain stock in a family court matter
  • Failed to provide competent representation [dimwit]
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

Joey’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to document cash payments from clients with a receipt countersigned by the client
  • Failed to deposit client funds into a trust account
  • Failed to clearly explain the basis of his fee to a client
  • Failed to return unearned fees (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in Minnesota are held to a much lower standard then everyone else, Joey was never criminally charged with forgery.

As one would suspect, Joey fails to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website at www.kaminskycriminallaw.com.   Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2021), Joey practices his brand of law with Joseph Kaminsky Attorney at Law at 6300 Shingle Creek Parkway in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota.
