Attorney Gregory Mulligan of Minneapolis, MN; cheating loser

The state of Minnesota presented D. Gregory Mulligan with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Greg guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to deposit advance fees into trust account
• Failed to timely refund unearned advance fees (cheater)
• Ineffectively represented a client in a criminal matter
• Interviewed a potential trial witness without a third person present
• Failed to make properly disclosures to an unrepresented person
• Failed to comply with discovery obligations
• Failed to provide client with a copy of his file
• Entered into a business transaction with a client without making the proper disclosures

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As one would suspect, Greg fails to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website at www.gregorymulliganlawoffice.com.   Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2021), Greg practices his brand of law with the Greg Mulligan Law Office at 3209 West 76^th Street in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
