Attorney Lori Guevara of Seattle, WA; serial drunken felon

The State of Washington presented Lori J. Guevara with a law license in 1998 after she graduated from Stetson University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Lori guilty of the following misconduct.

• On 3/1/2012, charged with driving under the influence (DUI), a misdemeanor in Tulsa
• On 3/1/2012, charged with failure to carry insurance verification, a misdemeanor in Tulsa
• On 3/1/2012, charged with following to closely, a misdemeanor in Tulsa
• On 7/26/12 convicted of violating Broken Arrow (Oklahoma) public intoxication Municipal Code
• On 9/27/12, charged with physical control of a vehicle while intoxicated, a felony, in Tulsa
• Pled guilty to felony charge of physical control of vehicle while intoxicated
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Lori by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly,as one would suspect, Lori and her firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.goldbergjones-wa.com. Apparently, Lori and her firm decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that it would not limit their future victim pool.
