Attorney Robert Newcomb of Little Rock, AR; ethical dwarf

The state of Arkansas presented Robert A. Newcomb with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
  • Filing of defective summonses on client’s behalf led to his case being dismissed
  • Failed to communicate with client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Mike practices his brand of law at 400 West Capital Avenue in Little Rock, Arkansas.
