The Judicial Conduct Commission found Mikey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Charged with theft by unlawful taking, third degree felony
• Charged with perjury, first degree misdemeanor
• Charged with reporting by candidate and political committee, an ungraded misdemeanor
• Conduct undermines public confidence in the judiciary

All that remains now is to see how long it takes before Mikey cops a plea in order to reduce the amount or time he will be spending in prisond.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Mikey continues to dispense his idea of jurisprudence as a Chester County Magisterial District Court judge in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
