Attorney Tyler Weaver of Seattle, WA; scamming fraudster

The State of Washington provided Tyler S. Weaver with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University California Berkley School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Tyler guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Altered an expert witness report
  • Send altered expert witness report to client falsely describing it to the client as being genuine
  • Testified that the altered version of the expert’s report was the one that his firm had received from the expert when such was not the case [aka, perjury]

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Tyler by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

It should be noted that because Attorney Misfits in Washington are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Tyler was never criminally charged with perjury.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Tyler and his firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.calfoeakes.com. Apparently, Tyler and his firm decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that it would not limit their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Tyler practices his brand of law with Calfo Eakes LLP at 1301 2nd Avenue in Seattle, Washington.
