Attorney Kimberly Brown of Sandy, OR; cheating loser

The state of Oregon presented Kimberly S. Brown with a law license in 1998 after she graduated from Williamette University School of Law.

FYI:  Williamette University School of Law is ranked as the 178^th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The Oregon State Bar found Kim guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to promptly return unearned portion of Mother’s retainer upon termination of representation (cheater)
• Acted negligently in failing to ascertain that she was obligated to promptly refund the undisputed potion of Mother’s unearned
• retainer
• Delayed in making refund resulted in actual injury to Mother, who lost the use of her $793 for an 18-month period in which she was
• engaged in litigation
• Violated her duty to her client to handle client property appropriately

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Kim by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Kim fails to disclose the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.ksblawor.com. Apparently, she decided to conceal said relevant facts from prospective clients to prevent limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Kim practices her brand of law at 17150 University Avenue in Sandy, Oregon.
