Judge Marsha Gregory of Springerville, AZ; ethical dwarf

The state of Arizona provided Michael P. Pollard with a law license in 20055 after she graduated from Arizona State University School of Law.

The State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Gregory guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act at all times in a manner that promotes public confidence in the independence, integrity, and
• impartiality of the judiciary
• Failed to avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety
• Failed to disqualify herself when disqualification was mandated
• Remained on cases involving attorney Bryce Hambin despite having a personal bias against him

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Conduct Commission punished Marsha by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2021), Marsha continues to practice her so-called brand of jurisprudence as a Round County Justice of the Peace in Springerville, Arizona.
