The state of Arizona provided Jose Luis Chaidez with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law.

  • Failed to repeatedly expedite the client’s case and r
  • Repeatedly failed to adhere to clear directives from the court to obtain transportation orders to transport his client to attend court hearings (Screw you, said Jose!)
Engaged in a pattern of neglect

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Jose’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonition and term of probation for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Jose practices his brand of law with the Chaidez Law Firm PLLC at 3003 North Central Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona.
