Attorney David Jakeman of Kennewick, WA; cheating loser

The state of Washington presented David A. Jakeman with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from the Gonzaga University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Board found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Made an agreement for, charged, and collected a nonrefundable retainer fee where the fee was not a true retainer and was not otherwise earned
• Failed to refund unearned fees after he was terminated (cheater)
• Offer his client $500 if she did not file a Bar grievance against him

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Davey practices his brand of law at 5101 West Clearwater Avenue in Kennewick, Washington.
