North Carolina’s 2019 Judicial Ivory Soap Ethics Rating = 99.65%

Ivory Soap advertises a purity rating of 99.44%. In the North Carolina judicial system, there are 1,070 judges and magistrates practicing throughout the state. For the year 2019, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the North Carolina Judicial Standards Commission and the North Carolina Supreme Court handed out the following complimentary sanction against three (3) judges for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

1 = number of reprimands

1 = number of censures

This laughable finding by the North Carolina Judicial Standards Commission and the North Carolina Supreme Court

means that North Carolina has a 99.65% Ivory Soap Purity rating for 2019 which is preposterous in that it indicates the near impossibility of finding a dishonest or incompetent attorney.

This would mean that if all 1,070 Judges attended a conference at the Providence Hill Farm at the Harvey B. Gantt Center located at 551 South Tryon Street in Charlotte with a seating capacity of 1,000, it would be nearly impossible to locate the 3 unethical judges even if they raised both of their hands.

And lastly, the folks in North Carolina are incredibly lucky to say the least to have a judiciary that is as honest and competent as the comedians sitting on the North Carolina Judicial Standards Commission and the North Carolina Supreme Court would have us believe.
