The New York Commission on Judicial Conduct found Eddie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter, Judge Apte has been accused of lewd molestation.

There are no pending criminal charges as the investigation of the criminal misconduct is ongoing.

All that remains now is to see how long it takes for Judge Apte to cop a plea to reduce the amount of time he will have to spend in prison.

As we speak (ca. April 2021), Alan continues to sit as Ninth Judicial Circuit Court Judge in Orlando, Florida.
